Evening wear must be returned within 24 hours of receiving the item. Bridal gowns and final sale items are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Shipping charges, and customs and duties charges will not be refunded. You can always contact us for any return question at customercare@bboushiya.com 

As of January 1, 2025, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover bank charges. This fee is not retained by the business.

Refunds processed through Tabby may be subject to additional charges.
